He played for the Indian Under-17 and Under-19 teams before making his first-class debut for Delhi in November 2004. At the 2013 Champions Trophy, 2015 World Cup, and 2017 Champions Trophy, Dhawan was the leading run-scorer for India.

5. David Warner

David Warner is an Australian International cricketer and former Australian captain. He is the first Australian batsman elected for the national team without any experience of a first-class career. He played for New South Wales and Sydney Thunder in domestic cricket.

He has played most of his IPL cricket with Sunrisers Hyderabad. He has the best average in IPL history of 41.19 as he scored 5449 in 150 matches. He also won an IPL trophy captaining Sunrisers Hyderabad.
